Replaced my sticker trim with these covers. Love how much of the window switch panel it covers. They all lined up perfect. Just beaware of you have the base model IS250 (GSE30), then the right side will not have the holes lined with the switches. Reason is that the IS' above the base IS250 will have a trim piece around the control switches. So it'll fit perfect with those trims. From my experience, I overwhelmingly see non base model 3IS'. But it doesn't bother me. These were the way to go!
